PRIVACY
Your public profile is your choice.
This page describes the current development preview. It is not a substitute for final customer privacy terms covering future accounts or commerce.
Website editor
Profiles stay in your browser’s local storage. Chosen image files are prepared on your device and kept for the current session. The site includes no application analytics, advertising pixels or third-party fonts.
Requests you choose
Loading a hosted icon contacts that image host. Opening a public link takes you to its site. Cloudflare serves the website and receives ordinary request information such as IP address and request time under its own service operation.
Desktop inputs
Sharing and running-app inputs start off. Explicit app-running detection uses a fixed app identity list and coarse labels; it does not read window titles, document contents, command arguments or prompts. Exported profiles allow only the public schema.
Desktop artwork uploads
Choosing an image prepares it locally. Uploading requires your explicit public-hosting consent. The sandbox stores one project image and one badge per test purchase, each at most 1 MiB. Image processing removes metadata. Uploaded images have public URLs so Discord can retrieve them; do not upload private artwork. Loading a saved hosted preview contacts the Nowbeam sandbox image service.
The desktop access file is a private receipt credential. When connected, the desktop app stores it using the operating system’s encrypted credential protection; it is not included in profile exports. Upload status, replacement and deletion requests contact the sandbox. Deleting a hosted image disables its Nowbeam URL, although Discord and other recipients may keep cached copies. See the upload guide.
Backups and removal
Export public JSON to keep a backup. Clearing this site’s browser storage removes its saved profiles. Downloaded images and exported files remain wherever you saved them. Desktop profiles remain in separate nowbeam-dev application data.
Future purchases
Sandbox payments are currently development tests. Final payment-provider disclosures, retention periods, customer contact and rights processes will be published before live purchases.
